If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it for refund or replacement within 10 days of purchase, as long as it is in re-saleable ondition. We cannot accept, and will not issue refunds, on neckties that have been visibly damaged by wear, or otherwise altered.

When returning a tie, please use the same box in which your necktie arrived and include a copy of the original invoice and all relevant contact information. The refund will be made in the form of the original payment and will be processed within 10 business days. If you are requesting a credit to your credit card, please be aware that if may take up to one full billing period for it to appear on your statement.
