Order Processing and Backorders
J. Raffiani processes its orders daily, and ships in-stock orders within 2 working days. If an item is on backorder, it means that we are awaiting delivery from our Italian necktie manufacturers. You will be updated on the progress of your order. Occasionally, merchandise will be temporarily unavailable. Naturally, we will not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped. Nor do we hold your order until all of it is available, but rather ship multiple items on a piecemeal basis. Logically, we should and will only charge you once for shipping.
